You can permanently delete your Octogram account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it — directly inside the app, or by sending us a request.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
This is the fastest way and removes everything immediately:
- Open Octogram and make sure you're signed in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and all associated data are permanently removed as soon as you confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from any address and we'll handle it for you. Please include the username or the email address linked to your account so we can locate it.

What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email, Apple, or Google identity link)
- Your username and profile
- Your game history, scores, and personal stats
- Your entries on all leaderboards
Data retention
Account and gameplay data are deleted as described above — immediately for in-app deletion, and within 30 days for emailed requests. We do not retain a copy of your personal data after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal obligations. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
